TrainingBoom Contributes for the Next Three Years

It was great to see so many of you at the RACCA Annual Meeting in Scottsdale, Arizona recently!

It was an honor for me to be asked to hold a breakout session on what to look for in online learning providers for Part 135 and Part 121 Initial and Recurrent Training. If you’d like to see our product live, contact me here.

But I was more excited to be able to contribute $5,000 on behalf of TrainingBoom to the RACCA Scholarship Program. We’ll continue to contribute $5,000 in 2020 and in 2021 and feel that it’s important to give back and encourage students to pursue careers in aviation!

Southwest Turbine also matched our first contribution for a total of $10,000, and Pratt & Whitney Canada ran the 50/50 raffle and collected $1,000 which was matched by Mountain Air Cargo for a $2,000 contribution.

The Silent Auction raised $10,000 which was matched by sponsors.

Kudos to RACCA and everyone who contributed. If you’re interested in applying for the scholarship, the eligibility criteria are below, and you can apply directly from the RACCA website.

In addition to RACCA, we also contribute to Make-a-Wish Foundation and Pink Ribbon. We’re not a big company, but we think it’s important to give back to the community and encourage other companies to do the same.

Sincerely,
Kent
